We would like to honour the long-standing tradition of American inaugurations, which happen during the swearing in of every new president, with an iconic bird series note. The note will be the United States Silver dollar note of 1899, known to many as the American black eagle note. This specific note is signed by Parker and Burke, who were the heads of the Register of the Treasury and the United States Treasury Department. ⁣

The front of the note has a familiar black pattern that resembles modern U.S. notes, with an ornate border pattern as well. On the left there is a large blue one with the serial number on the bottom. The middle of the note consists of a beautiful black bald eagle that is holding the American flag with an olive branch with the congressional capital building in the background. Below that are two famous American presidents who unified the Union during the American civil war, Abraham Lincoln and Ulysses S. Grant. To the right of that you can see the seal of the United States Treasury Department with the serial number above it.⁣

The back of the note is filled with an intricate green border pattern that were the precursor to the modern American banknotes with the number one written in the corners and in-between are the numerical number one. The middle of the note consists of a what looks like a patterned seal that would have been very hard to duplicate in 1899. ⁣
